Manage (managers)

Managers only. The Manage tab appears in the worker app bottom navigation only for users with the manager role. It gives you a dashboard and links to analytics, schedule, shift requests, timesheets (Sihtarica), and live tracking — all scoped to the locations you’re assigned to manage. Owners have the full admin dashboard; managers use this section instead for their locations.

What you see

When you open Manage, you see a manager dashboard with an overview of your assigned locations: today’s schedule (who’s working, who’s checked in, who’s late or missing), summary stats (workers, shifts, attendance rate, hours), and quick links to the sub-pages below. If you have no locations assigned, the app shows a message asking you to contact the owner to assign locations.

Sub-pages

  • Analytics — Performance metrics for your locations (attendance, hours, etc.).
  • Schedule — View and edit shifts for your locations.
  • Shift requests — Approve or deny shift change requests from workers at your locations.
  • Sihtarica — View timesheets for workers at your locations (or your own).
  • Tracking — Real-time view of who’s checked in and on shift.

The same data can be managed by the organization owner in the full dashboard (Analytics, Schedule, Shift requests, Sihtarica, Monitoring). Managers see only their assigned locations.
