Can I try Synqo for free?
Yes! Every new account starts with a 1-month free trial — all features, unlimited workers and locations, no credit card required. After 30 days, choose a plan to continue.
How does pricing work for Pro and Business?
Every plan has the same features. Starter is €1.50 per worker per month with up to 15 workers and 3 locations. Pro is €2.50 per worker per month with unlimited workers and locations. Business is custom pricing for large scale—contact us for dedicated support and custom options.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! When you pay annually, you get 2 months free (20% discount). This applies to both Pro and Business plans.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
On Starter, you can have up to 15 workers and 3 locations. Pro and Business have unlimited workers and locations. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and suggest upgrading. There are no overage charges.
