Can I try Synqo for free?
Yes! The Free plan includes all features with up to 3 workers and 1 location. No credit card required. You can also start a 14-day free trial of Pro or Business.
How does pricing work for Pro and Business?
Every plan has the same features. Pro is €2.50 per worker per month with unlimited workers and locations. Business is custom pricing for large scale and big companies—contact us for volume pricing, dedicated support, and custom options.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! When you pay annually, you get 2 months free (20% discount). This applies to both Pro and Business plans.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
On the Free plan, you can have up to 3 workers and 1 location. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and suggest upgrading to Pro (€2.50/worker) or Business for custom pricing. There are no overage charges.
