Analytics
The Analytics page gives you metrics and charts on attendance, hours worked, punctuality, and performance. Only owners can access it. You can change the date range and export data. A separate “History” or deep-history view may be available for longer-term analysis.
Date range
At the top you can select a preset range (e.g. last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days) or a custom start and end date. All metrics and charts on the page use this range unless stated otherwise.
Metrics and charts
The page typically includes:
- Attendance — Total shifts, completed vs missed, attendance rate (%), average hours worked.
- Punctuality — Check-ins on time vs late, punctuality rate, average lateness (e.g. in minutes).
- Hours worked — Chart of hours over time (e.g. by day or week) and number of employees.
- Location comparison — Attendance or hours by location so you can compare sites.
- Employee performance / rankings — List or table of employees with scores (e.g. punctuality, reliability, hours worked) and trend (improving, stable, declining).
- Alerts — Urgent items such as late workers today, missing workers, or breaks that are too long.
- Other cards — e.g. break stats, overtime, today’s shift status, workers on leave today, contract expiry alerts.

Export
An Export or “Download CSV” button is usually available to export attendance (or similar) data for the selected range. Use it for external reporting or payroll preparation.
History / deep history
If your plan includes it, a link to History or “Deep history” opens a view for longer date ranges or more detailed historical data. Use it for trend analysis over months or years.
