Home
The worker Home screen is the first thing you see after opening the worker app. It shows a welcome message, today’s shift (if any), a quick check-in area, and small stat cards. Both workers and managers see the same Home; managers also have the Manage tab for their locations.
Welcome and today’s shift
At the top you see a greeting (e.g. “Welcome, [Your name]”) and a short subtitle. Below that, if you have a shift today, a card shows the location, start and end time, and status (upcoming, active, or completed). You can tap a button to open the Check-in flow (check in, check out, start break, end break) without going to the Check-in tab.
When you have no shift today
If you don’t have a shift scheduled for today, the app shows a message like “No shift today” instead of the shift card. You can still use the other tabs (Shifts, PTO, Timesheet, etc.).
Stats (hours, PTO, upcoming shifts)
Small cards typically show:
- Hours this week — Total worked hours in the current week.
- PTO balance — Days left (or “Unlimited” for sick leave, depending on policy).
- Upcoming shifts — Number of shifts in the next period.
Tapping these may take you to the relevant tab (e.g. Timesheet, PTO, Shifts).
Contract end date (if set)
If your employer set a contract end date, the Home screen may show a badge or notice (e.g. “Contract expires in X days”). This is for visibility only; contact your manager or owner for contract changes.
Manager view
Managers see the same Home content (their own shift and stats). They also have the Manage tab in the bottom nav to access analytics, schedule, shift requests, Sihtarica, and tracking for their locations.
