Locations
The Locations page lists all sites or venues where your team works. Only owners can manage locations. You add locations (name, address, etc.), edit them, set up QR check-in, and configure working hours per location. Workers check in at a location using the QR code or kiosk link.
Locations list
The main view shows every location in your organization. Each card or row typically shows the location name, address, and actions: edit, QR setup, working hours, delete. You can add a new location with the Add location button.

Adding a location
Click Add location to open the form. Enter:
- Name — e.g. “Downtown Store”, “Warehouse A”
- Address (optional) — full address for the site
- Any other fields your organization uses (e.g. time zone, contact)
Save to create the location. You can then set up QR check-in and working hours for that location.
Editing a location
From the list, open the location (e.g. Edit) to change its name, address, or other details. Changes apply immediately. Shifts and check-ins already linked to this location remain associated with it.
QR setup and kiosk mode
Each location can have a unique QR code and check-in URL. Use the QR or “Kiosk” action from the locations list to generate or view the QR and link. Place the QR at the site so workers can scan it to check in. For a shared device at the location, you can open the check-in URL in kiosk mode. Full steps are in Locations: QR setup.
Working hours per location
You can define open/close times for each day of the week per location. This is used for scheduling and reporting. See Locations: Working hours for how to set them.
