Employees
The Employees page lists everyone in your organization. Only owners can access it. From here you add new employees, invite by email or link, edit details, and suspend or reactivate accounts. You can also open per-employee timesheet (Sihtarica) reports.
Employees list
The main view shows active employees (and optionally suspended ones). Each row typically shows name, email, role (worker or manager), assigned locations, contract end date if set, and actions (edit, invite link, Sihtarica, suspend, etc.). You can search or filter to find people quickly.

Adding an employee
Click Add employee (or similar) to open the form. You’ll enter:
- Full name
- Email — used for login and invite
- Role — Worker or Manager (managers get the “Manage” tab in the worker app for their locations)
- Employee number (optional)
- Phone (optional)
- Contract end date (optional) — used for reminders and visibility
- Locations — which locations this person can work at; for managers, which locations they manage
After saving, Synqo creates the user and can send an invite email or generate an invite link. If the person already has an account elsewhere, you may get a message to use a different email or invite link. Your plan’s worker limit applies; see Billing for limits.
Invite by email or link
When adding an employee you can send an invite by email (they receive a link to set a password and join). Alternatively, you can copy an invite link and share it manually. The link can be regenerated if it expires or is compromised. New users who sign in via the link are prompted to set a password and then see the worker app.
Editing an employee
From the list, click edit (e.g. pencil icon) to open the employee detail or edit form. You can change name, email, role, phone, employee number, contract end date, and assigned locations. For managers, you can update which locations they manage. Save to apply changes.
Suspend and activate
You can suspend an employee so they can no longer log in or be assigned to shifts. Suspended users remain in the list (often in a separate section or with a “Suspended” badge). To restore access, activate them again. Termination or permanent removal may be handled via the same flow or via a “terminate” action depending on your configuration.
Per-employee Sihtarica (timesheet)
From an employee row you can open that person’s Sihtarica (timesheet) report for a chosen period. This shows their worked hours, check-ins/check-outs, and is useful for payroll or audits. The main Sihtarica page lets you select any employee and view or export the same data.
