Managers only. The Manage → Shift requests page lists shift change requests from workers at the locations you manage. You can approve or deny each request (e.g. swap, give away). The owner sees all requests in the dashboard Shift requests; you see only requests for shifts at your locations.

Approve or deny

Each pending request shows the worker, the shift (date, time, location), and the type of change (e.g. swap with another worker). You can:

• Approve — The shift is reassigned or updated as requested; the schedule and workers’ apps update.
• Deny — The request is rejected; the shift stays as originally assigned.

After you approve or deny, the request is removed from the pending list. Workers see the outcome in their Shifts or shift-requests view. For the full admin flow, see Admin: Shift requests.
