Lokacije: QR postavke

Each location can have a unique QR code and check-in URL. Workers scan the QR (or open the link) at the location to check in and check out. QR setup is done from the Locations page via a per-location QR / kiosk action — there is no separate dashboard page; the QR dialog opens from the list.

Generate and view the QR code

On the Locations list, click the QR (or “QR code” / “Kiosk”) action for the location. A dialog opens that:

  • Loads or generates a unique token for that location.
  • Shows the check-in URL (e.g. https://yourapp.com/qr/TOKEN).
  • Displays a QR code that encodes the same URL.

If no token exists yet, you may need to click “Generate” or “Generate new link” to create one. You can copy the URL to use on a tablet or kiosk device.

Place the QR at the location

Print or display the QR code at the physical site (e.g. at the entrance or break room). Workers open the Synqo worker app, go to Check-in, and scan this QR when they arrive. The app records check-in (and later check-out) for that location and links it to their assigned shift when applicable.

Kiosk mode

For a shared device at the location (e.g. a tablet), open the check-in URL in a browser. Workers can then use that page to check in without scanning — useful when they don’t have their phone or when you want a fixed kiosk. Keep the device at the location and, if needed, refresh or regenerate the link from the Locations QR dialog if the token was rotated.

Regenerating the link

If the QR or link is compromised or you want to invalidate old access, use “Generate new link” (or equivalent) in the QR dialog. This creates a new token and invalidates the previous URL. Update the printed QR and any kiosk bookmarks to the new link.

Geofencing (if applicable)

If your plan supports geofencing, check-in may be restricted to being physically near the location (using device location). When enabled, workers must be within the configured area to check in. Configuration for geofencing (e.g. radius, address) is typically in location settings or in the same QR/setup flow; see in-app labels for your version.
