QR i prisustvo

This flow covers setting up QR check-in at a location, workers checking in (and out, breaks), and how admins see attendance in Monitoring, Analytics, and Sihtarica. For page details, see Locations: QR setup, Check-in, Monitoring, and Sihtarica.

1. Set up location and generate QR

Admin: Create the location if needed (name, address). Then open that location and use the QR (or Kiosk) action. Generate or view the QR code and check-in URL. The URL is unique to that location. See QR setup for full steps.

2. Place QR at location / kiosk mode

Admin: Print the QR code and place it at the site (e.g. entrance, break room). Workers will scan it with their phone. For a shared device (tablet, kiosk), open the check-in URL in a browser so workers can check in without their camera — useful for a fixed terminal. You can regenerate the link if it’s compromised; then update the printed QR and any kiosk bookmarks.

3. Worker check-in (QR + geofencing)

Worker: On the day of your shift, open the worker app → Check-in. Tap Check in (or Check out, Start break, End break). Allow camera permission, then point the phone at the location’s QR. The app validates the code and your shift at that location today. If geofencing is enabled, you must be physically near the location; otherwise you’ll get an error. On success, you see a confirmation and your status updates (checked in, on break, etc.). You can check in when you arrive, including before your shift start time (e.g. shift at 09:00, arrival at 08:42) — you will be marked checked in and the app may show that your shift starts at the scheduled time.

4. Admin sees attendance in Monitoring and Analytics

Admin: In Monitoring you see in real time who is checked in, at which location, and who is on break. In Analytics you see attendance rate, hours worked, punctuality (on-time vs late check-ins), and alerts (e.g. late today, missing workers, long breaks). Use these for day-to-day oversight and to spot issues.

5. Sihtarica / payroll export

Admin: Go to Sihtarica. Select a worker (or view all) and a period (week or month). The report shows worked hours, check-in/check-out times, and can include overtime if enabled in company settings. Export to PDF (or bulk export for multiple workers) for payroll or records. Workers can view their own timesheet in the worker app under Timesheet.

Early arrival, late or missed check-in

Workers can check in when they arrive, including before the shift start time (e.g. shift at 09:00, arrival at 08:42). They are marked checked in and the app may show that the shift starts at the scheduled time. Sihtarica and reports use the actual check-in time.

If a worker checks in after the shift start time, they are marked late; the app may show “Late by X minutes” and Analytics/Monitoring will reflect it. If they don’t check in at all, they may appear as “missing” or “no show” in Monitoring and in reports. Admins can use this to follow up (e.g. contact the worker or adjust the schedule). Sihtarica still reflects actual check-in/check-out times for payroll.
