Postavke: Opasna zona
The Danger zone contains irreversible actions: resetting organization data (workers, locations, shifts) or deleting the organization and account. Only owners can access it. It is reached from the main Settings overview via the Danger zone (Company Reset) card. Use these options only when you are sure; they cannot be undone.
Reset options (what happens)
The app may offer one or more reset actions. Each removes a specific type of data for your organization while keeping the organization and your owner account. Typical options:
- Reset workers — Removes all workers (and possibly managers) from the organization. They lose access; you can re-invite people afterward. Shifts and locations may remain but unassigned.
- Reset locations — Removes all locations. Shifts tied to those locations may be removed or become invalid. You can add new locations again.
- Reset shifts — Deletes all shifts. Workers and locations stay; you can recreate the schedule.
- Reset all (or combined reset) — Clears workers, locations, and shifts in one go, leaving an empty organization with you as owner.
Before each reset you usually must type a confirmation phrase (e.g. the organization name or “RESET”). After confirmation, the action runs and the relevant data is permanently deleted. Your subscription and billing are typically unchanged unless you also cancel or delete the account.
Delete account or organization
A Delete organization or Delete account action permanently removes:
- The organization and all its data (workers, locations, shifts, attendance, PTO, etc.)
- Your user account (and possibly all members’ accounts linked to that organization)
This is irreversible. You may be asked to type a confirmation phrase or password. After deletion, you cannot log in with that account and the organization cannot be restored. If you had a paid subscription, cancel it in the Billing / LemonSqueezy portal first if you want to avoid future charges, unless deletion automatically cancels it per your app’s behavior.
