The Billing page shows your current plan, worker limits, and payment details. Only owners can access it. You can upgrade or downgrade, open the LemonSqueezy customer portal to manage payment method and invoices, and see how many workers you can add. It is reached from the main Settings overview via the Billing card.
Plan and worker limits
The page displays your current plan (e.g. Free, Pro, Business) and worker limits: how many workers you can have (e.g. Free: up to 3 workers and 1 location; Pro: unlimited workers and locations, billed per worker per month). If you try to add more workers than your plan allows, you’ll see a message and may need to upgrade. Suspended workers may or may not count toward the limit depending on your plan.
Upgrade and downgrade
You can upgrade to a higher plan (e.g. Free → Pro) to get more workers and locations. The upgrade flow usually redirects you to a checkout (LemonSqueezy). After payment, your plan and limits update. Downgrade (e.g. Pro → Free) may be available from the same page or from the customer portal; if you have more workers than the new plan allows, you may need to suspend or remove some before downgrading.
LemonSqueezy customer portal
A button such as Manage subscription or Customer portal opens the LemonSqueezy portal in a new tab. There you can:
- Update your payment method (card)
- View and download invoices
- Cancel or change your subscription
Billing history
On the Billing page you may see a list of recent charges or invoices (amount, date, status). You can download PDF invoices from this list or from the LemonSqueezy portal. This helps you keep records for accounting and compliance.
