This flow explains Free plan limits, when to upgrade, how to upgrade to Pro or Business, payment via LemonSqueezy, and what changes after upgrade. Details: Settings → Billing.

Free plan limits

The Free plan includes:

  • Up to 3 workers (worker + manager roles; owners don’t count).
  • Up to 1 location.
  • Full features: scheduling, QR check-in, PTO, analytics, contract tracking, email support.

When you hit the worker or location limit, the app blocks adding more until you upgrade. Suspended workers still count toward the 3-worker limit on Free.

When to upgrade

Upgrade when you need more than 3 workers or more than 1 location. You can also upgrade for peace of mind (no hard cap). Pro gives unlimited workers and locations; Business is for larger organizations with custom pricing and support.

Go to Billing and start Pro or Business

Admin: Go to SettingsBilling. You’ll see your current plan and worker count. To upgrade to Pro, click the upgrade option (e.g. “Upgrade to Pro”); you’re redirected to checkout. For Business, use “Contact us” or the equivalent — there’s no self-serve checkout; sales will set up custom pricing and limits.

Payment via LemonSqueezy

Pro plan checkout is handled by LemonSqueezy. You enter payment details (card) and complete the purchase. After payment, your plan is updated to Pro and your worker/location limits are lifted. You can manage the subscription (payment method, invoices, cancel) via the Customer portal link on the Billing page — it opens LemonSqueezy where you update the card, download invoices, or cancel.

What changes after upgrade

After upgrading to Pro:

  • Limits: Unlimited workers and unlimited locations. You can add as many employees and locations as you need.
  • Billing: You’re charged per worker per month (e.g. €2.50/worker). The exact amount and currency are shown at checkout and in the portal.
  • Features: Same app features as Free (scheduling, QR, PTO, analytics, etc.). No new feature gates; only limits and billing change.

For Business, pricing and limits are custom (volume discounts, priority support, dedicated account manager, etc.). Contact the team to set it up.
